1. Use of Website
• Website ka use sirf personal shopping ke liye allowed hai.  
• Aap kisi bhi content ko copy ya misuse nahi kar sakte.

2. Product Information
• Hum product photos aur details ko accurate rakhne ki poori koshish karte hain.  
• Colors thode different lag sakte hain due to lighting & screen settings.

3. Orders & Payments
• Order tabhi process hoga jab payment successfully complete ho ya COD selected ho.  
• Hum kisi bhi order ko cancel karne ka adhikar rakhte hain (fraud, wrong address, etc.)

4. Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery timeline 3–9 working days hota hai, location ke hisaab se.  
• Unexpected delays (weather, courier issue) ke liye brand responsible nahi hota.

5. Returns & Exchange
• Refund nahi milta. Sirf exchange policy available hai.  
• Exchange request 48 hours ke andar WhatsApp par bhejni hoti hai.  
• Damaged product claim ke liye unboxing video mandatory hai.  
• Exchange approval brand ke verification ke baad hota hai.

6. Pricing
• Prices change ho sakte hain without prior notice.  
• Offers & discounts limited time ke liye hote hain.

7. COD Orders
• COD orders par extra charge ho sakta hai.  
• Wrong address / fake orders ko cancel kar diya jayega.

8. Cancellation
• Order cancel tab tak ho sakta hai jab tak dispatch nahi hua ho.  
• Dispatch ke baad cancellation possible nahi.

9. User Information
• Customer ki information secure rakhi jati hai.  
• Hum data ko sirf order processing aur communication ke liye use karte hain.

10. Intellectual Property
• ZORI FASHION ka logo, photos, designs, content — sab brand property hai.  
• Unauthorized use strictly prohibited hai.
