Return & Exchange Policy – ZORI FASHION
We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every outfit you buy from us.
If something doesn’t fit or you received a wrong/damaged product, we are here to help.
Eligibility:
• Only Exchange available (No Refund).
• Exchange valid within 48 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags.
Exchange is possible in these cases:
• Wrong product received
• Size issue
• Defective or damaged product (Unboxing video required)
Not eligible for exchange:
• Sale items / discounted items
• Items without tags
• Used, washed, or damaged items
• Accessories
How to Request Exchange:
1. Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Send order number + product photos (and unboxing video for damage).
3. Our team will check and approve the request.
4. We will arrange pickup or ask you to ship back (based on location).
Exchange Time:
• Once we receive your product, your exchange will be processed within 2–4 working days.
Reverse Pickup:
• Available in selected PIN codes.
• If reverse pickup not available, customer must self-ship.

Important:
• In case of size exchange, customer may need to pay reshipping charges.
• If the required size is out of stock, we will issue store credit.
