We aim to deliver your order safely and on time.

Delivery Time:
• Metro Cities: 3–6 working days  
• Other Locations: 5–9 working days  

Order Processing:
• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat).  
• Orders placed on Sunday or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Charges:
• Standard Shipping: ₹49–₹79 (location-based)  
• Free Shipping on orders above ₹999

Tracking:
• A tracking link will be sent to your WhatsApp/SMS/Email once the order is shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
• COD available on selected locations.  
• Extra COD charge ₹30–₹50 may apply.

Delays:
• Weather, festivals, or courier issues may cause slight delays.  
• We will always keep you updated.

Wrong Address:
• Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct.  
• ZORI FASHION is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

Lost / Damaged Shipment:
• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos.
