Refund Policy – ZORI FASHION

At ZORI FASHION, customer satisfaction is our priority.  
However, we do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are available under specific conditions.

Refund Not Available:
• No refunds for any orders.  
• Only exchange is allowed (as per our Exchange Policy).

Exchange Allowed In These Cases:
• Wrong product received  
• Defective/damaged product (unboxing video required)  
• Size issue (subject to availability)

Conditions for Exchange:
• Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.  
• Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags.  
• Sale/discounted items cannot be exchanged.

Non-Refundable Situations:
• Wrong size ordered by the customer (exchange only)  
• Customer changed mind  
• Late request (48 hours se baad)  
• Product returned without approval

Refund Not Applicable On:
• COD shipping charges  
• Delivery charges  
• Self-shipping charges (if applicable)

If Exchange Is Not Possible:
• If your size is out of stock, we will provide store credit only.  
• Store credit is valid for future purchases and is non-refundable.
